Widowmaker – The Void
Just heard this one on Walsh & N-Type’s set on Rinse, and I was instantly hooked on it. Widowmaker absolutely smashed it with his last release on Wheel & Deal with both Tunneling Wurm and Forgotten Ruin, which had a very deep and dramatic vibe. However, his new track, The Void, really changes it up and brings a much more techy sound, while still having a rather intense feeling. Really excited to get my hands on this one, keep your eyes peeled for it!
Benton – Wormholes (Soap Dodgers Remix)

No idea when this one’s getting released but it better be fuckin’ soon, seriously tired of waiting haha. Now the original of Wormholes is huge as well, but Soap Dodgers seriously perfected this tune and put a much darker sound to the already very deep minimal sound of Benton. This one’s been up on the Soap Dodgers soundcloud for the past 5 months now, so hopefully it’ll be out within the next month or two…. or maybe it will take forever like This Isn’t House. Regardless, it’s huge, so check it out below.
Widowmaker – “Tunneling Wurm”

The UK producer Widowmaker just released an awesome EP less than a week ago on N-Type’s Label Wheel & Deal. Each of the three tracks have their own sound but keep the producers vibe consistantly through it (which one would hope every EP has). The A side of the release is the track below titled Tunneling Wurm, and its one I’ve been mixing into my sets since I bought it. I hadn’t heard anything from the Farnborough producer until about two weeks ago when I found a free download of his Badman Place Remix on the Hedmuk Blog. This guy definitely is producing some deep, heavy sounds with a crisp mix. Check the tune below and if you feel so inclined grab his EP!
Triangles – Surge & N-Type

I wish this song would just come out already… For some of you, you have probably been waiting as long as I have for this to release, but as for the rest of you, feel lucky that you haven’t had to keep waiting for the full tune. Triangles was announced a little over 6 months ago and has been featured in sets by the likes of Beezy and Demon. Can’t even describe how huge this tune is, it’s got such a tight rhythm and suuuper dark synths. I’m just gonna leave it at that, I wouldn’t be doing the tune justice to even try to keep analyzing it. It’s forthcoming on Wheel & Deal but sadly there isn’t a set date as of yet. Check this one out, massive tune!!
